What drone services do we offer?
We offer many types of drone services from photography to surveys and inspections to volumetric calculations. Contact use for more information.

Do we hold insurance?
Our policy gives us public liability cover up to £10 million, is fully CAA compliant and meets the requirements EC785/2004. This gives our clients peace of mind know that should the worst happen we are covered.

Are our pilots qualified?
Training is required for all commercial drone operators and is governed by the CAA. Any drone company or person operating drones legally in the UK is required to hold a current GVC and have a valid Operations Manual. Our pilots have successfully completed this training and our Operations Manual is available to view on request.
Our Pilots and ground crew will also hold a valid CITB HS&E test for Operatives certificate and a HBF Visitor card.


Operating Restrictions.
The CAA set out restrictions in CAP722 and on it's website. These are updated from time to time so please use the link below for more information.


Our pilots have final say on the commencement of any flight at that time or location and in accordance our Operations Manual the restriction we have set are as follows:-
At a maximum height not exceeding 121mtr (400 feet) above surface level;
At a maximum range of 500 metres (1640 feet) from the remote pilot.
Not over, or within 150 metres (492 feet) of any congested area of a city, town or settlement;
No closer than 50 metres (164 feet) of any person, vessel, vehicle or structure not under the control of the remote pilot except during the take-off or landing where the SUA(drone) must not fly within 7 metres of any person other than the remote pilot of the SUA.
 
During operation over a controlled area or a restricted site (any site that is fenced off with access control and where access is limited to those working under the control of the contract provider I.e. demolition site, or private property) the safe distances can be reduced as follows.
Over, or within 50 metres (164 feet) of any area that falls under the terms defined above.
No closer than 30 metres (65 feet) of any person, vessel, vehicle or structure not under the control of the remote pilot except that during the take-off or landing the SUA must not fly within 7 metres of any person other than the remote pilot of the SUA.
